Our free 30-minute consultation is a low-pressure conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we feel like a good relational match. If we decide to work together, our first official appointment is an initial assessment session. During this time, we will gently explore your personal history, discuss your current struggles, and outline what you hope to understand and shift through our work together

The therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient for meaningful healing. A good fit means you feel safe, heard, and respected, even when navigating difficult or painful emotions. You don't need to feel 100% certain right away. The consultation call is designed exactly for this purpose: to give you a sense of my approach and conversational style before making any financial or emotional commitment.
Lastly, you are not asked to decide if we are fit at the consultation meeting. -
Because my approach focuses on understanding deep-rooted patterns and emotional experiences rather than just applying temporary symptom fixes, therapy is a unique process for everyone. Some clients find the clarity they need within a few months, while others prefer longer-term, reflective support to create lasting changes. We will regularly check in together to ensure our sessions continue to support your growth.
